Cancellation Terms

  • Canceled on the day of the event the full cost of the contract will be payable, even if we have not left our base.
  • Canceled before the day of the event but we have arrived on site to set up equipment, full cost of the contract will be payable.
  • Canceled 1-5 days before the event day 75% of the contract (If we have not arrived to set up equipment).
  • Canceled 6-14 days before the event day 50% of the contract (If we have not arrived to set up equipment).
  • Canceled 15-30 days before the event day 25%of the contract (If we have not arrived to set up equipment).
  • If a quote for the event has not been submitted the “contract” price will be last years invoice +4%
  • Any radio  hire cost will be included in the contract price.
  • Contact for cancellation must be via email, text or phone either land line or mobile and confirmed by us with a reply.

Payment

  • An invoice will be submitted on completion of the work, Payment is required within 28 days of the invoice date either by cheque or BACS details of payment will be on the invoice,

Lost, stolen or damaged equipment

  • Denis & Ian Pearce ltd accept responsibility for equipment set up and operated by themselves.
  • Equipment handed over to  be operated by individuals in connection with the show is the responsibility of the show. This includes radio microphones, Two way radios, generators or other equipment not directly operated by Denis & Ian Pearce Ltd . It is the responsibility of the show to ensure the return of such equipment at the end of the day to Denis & Ian Pearce Ltd or be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
  • All “dry hire” equipment will be the responsibility of the hirer, who will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
